ST. LOUIS, MO : Injuries reported after multiple vehicle crash on WB I-270 in Madison County on Wednesday, 18th September 2024

Police responded to a crash involving multiple vehicles on WB I-270 at milepost 1 in Madison County Wednesday around 5:31 a.m.

The Illinois Department of Transportation says the area will not be clear until after 9 a.m.

Injuries have been reported and First Alert 4 will update this story once more information has been released.
