Oil City, PA : Woman hurt in Irwin Township crash on Thursday, 26th April 2018

An Allison Park woman was taken to the Grove City hospital Thursday afternoon after a one-vehicle crash on Route 8 in Irwin Township south of Barkeyville.

Franklin state police said Karen Belkowski-Homoki, 63, was traveling south at about 4:20 p.m. Thursday when she failed to negotiate a right turn in the roadway. The vehicle crossed the northbound lane and struck an embankment, police said.
