WOOSTER, OH : Canton man jailed after crash and his 10th OVI arrest on Tuesday, 12th March 2019

A Canton man involved in a car crash in Wayne County has been arrested on what investigators say is his 10th impaired driving charge.

Timothy A. Draper, 54, of Bedford Avenue in Canton, was arrested at the scene of the crash at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday on an unspecified warrant, said Lt. Stephanie Norman.

Draper was driving a borrowed 2005 Dodge Caravan west on state Route 3 when he went off the road at County Road 16 and struck a 2007 Peterbilt tractor-trailer that had been stopped at a stop sign, striking the truck’s left front corner, she said.
