Crash Victim Released From Med Center

One of the two girls hospitalized after a traffic accident that killed a third person is out of the hospital. Madeline Shely has been released from the Nebraska Medical Center.The other girl in the accident, Carly Kelly, remained hospitalized in critical condition Friday, one week after the crash.The third teenager involved, Nate LaFave, died. Funeralservices were held earlier this week.Madeline is still in the recovery process and while she has been released from the Med Center she is now in therapy at a rehabilitation facility. She began working with an occupational therapist on Friday.The three teenagers were in a Jeep that collided with a pickup at 180th and Highway 370 on October 11. The driver of the pickup was not hurt.
