One woman has been reported deceased following a collision in Santa Rosa County at 12:55 p.m. Monday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.Mary A Spencer, 71, was driving a 2003 Ford SUV west on Interstate 10 in the outside lane, approximately 1 mile west of State Road 87. The Ford swerved off the roadway and entered the north grassy shoulder. The SUV began to overturn and struck a tree.Spencer was pronounced deceased at the scene.
