Jefferson City, MO : A two-vehicle wreck on Saturday, June 10, 2017

Debra A. Gardocki, 56, Gravois Mills, was taken to Lake Regional Hospital after a two-vehicle wreck Saturday night in Morgan County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said a vehicle driven by Jeremiah J. Casdorph, 36, Carrollton, was northbound on Old 8 Road, about 1.56 miles north of Route O at about 10:11 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a curve.

He collided head-on with Gardocki's southbound vehicle.

Gardocki was wearing a seat belt; Casdorph was not.

Casdorph refused medical treatment at the scene, the patrol said.
