Springville, IA : Woman who crashed into school bus has died near Springville on Monday, October 24, 2016

Linn County authorities say a woman injured when her car rammed a school bus has died.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office says the car ran into the rear of the bus, which had stopped to let off a student around 3:45 p.m. Monday near Springville. One of six students on the bus was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. The bus driver and the remaining five students weren't hurt.

The sheriff's office identified the car driver as 26-year-old Molly Zelinskas, of Dubuque, and said she died from her injuries. Her obituary says she died Tuesday at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
