NORTON, MA : Keith Blanchard, 52, was killed in a Norton accident Saturday night on Saturday, January 28th 2017

Keith R. Blanchard, 52, of Franklin, was killed late Saturday night after he lost control of the SUV he was driving on Rte. 495, state police said.

Blanchard was driving a 2004 GMC Sierra pickup truck northbound on the highway at about 11:45 p.m. when the vehicle went out of control and rolled over near Exit 10, according to a state police press statement.

When police arrived on the scene they found Blanchard's lifeless body inside the truck.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation by the state police with assistance of the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, State Police Crime Scene Services Section, and State Police detectives.
