CAMPBELL COUNTY, VA : Crash cleared fire causes delays on Wards Road on Tuesday, 28h May 2024

The Lyn-Dan Heights Volunteer Fire Department has released new details after a vehicle crash on Calohan Road early Tuesday morning.

According to the fire department, at 4:43 a.m. on May 28, firefighters were called to a crash on Wards and Calohan Road.

Upon arrival, first responders found four cars involved in a pile-up. We’re told airbags were deployed and one person was taken to the Lynchburg General Hospital for treatment.

Their condition is unknown at this time.
