SCOTT COUNTY, MO : 2 injured in 3-commercial vehicle crash on I-55 in Scott Co. on Monday, 14th September, 2020

Emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 55 Monday evening in Scott County, Missouri.
The crash happened just north of Sikeston in the southbound lanes.
First responders said three semi trucks crashed at the 70.8 mile marker around 6:45 p.m.
According to Scott County Rural Fire Protection District, after extensive extrications, two people were flown to trauma centers for their injuries.
All three vehicles have extensive damage.
