BILLINGS, MO : A single-car crash on U.S. 60 on Tuesday, August 1, 2017

A single-car crash on U.S. 60 on Tuesday afternoon killed two men and sent the driver to the hospital with serious injuries.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report, a car driven by Joan Schoelzel, 82, went off of the road one mile west of Billings. Troopers say the car hit the ditch and overturned multiple times.

Also in the car were Jerold Schoelzel, 87, and Justin Schoelzel, 44. Both died at the scene. The driver was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.

All three people are from the Cassville area.
