Callaway County, MO : Callaway County crash injures 2 in Callaway County on Wednesday, 26th September 2018

Two people suffered moderate injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Callaway County on Wednesday morning.

Norman Elsberry, 60, of Iberia, was driving eastbound on Nickle Road when he attempted to cross the southbound lanes of U.S. 63. His 1995 Chevrolet 3500 pulled into the path of a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Lisette Mattews, 37, of Ashland, which was heading southbound on U.S. 63.

Matthews was transported by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia, while Elsberry was transported by ambulance to St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City.
