One person was trapped after a lumber truck overturned in a multi-vehicle accident in Chester County on Tuesday afternoon. The wreck happened around 2:45 p.m. on Columbia Road, three to four miles outside of downtown Chester. Several cars were involved but officials have not said how the accident happened.
