Deerfield, WI : Two people injured in 3-vehicle crash on Highway 12 in Dane County on Monday morning, Aug 3, 2015

Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Monday morning in Dane County.

Tammy J. Reichert, 31, was driving her Econoline van east on Highway 12 in Deerfield around 7:30 a.m. when she attempted to turn onto Oak Park Road and was rear-ended by 29-year-old Emily B. Olson, who was traveling eastbound in her 2014 GMC Terrain.

The crash forced Reichert's van into the westbound lane, where she was hit by Dewi Jingga, 40, in her 2003 Dodge Ram pickup.

Reichert and Jingga were transported to a hospital suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

Olson was cited for following too close, the Dane County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
