SANDY SPRINGS, GA : Car crashes into power pole in Sandy Springs portion of Mt Vernon Hwy reopens on Friday, 19th January 2024

A car crashed into a power pole early Friday morning in Sandy Springs, police said, closing a portion of Mt. Vernon Hwy.

Sandy Springs Police posted about the crash on X just after 5:30 a.m. The department said Mt. Vernon Hwy. was closed between Vernon Walk and Virginia Chase NW, and that Georgia Power was on scene.
