Redwood County, MN : At least 1 dead in Redwood County crash on Monday, 3rd June 2024

Authorities say a woman is dead and three children under the age of five have injuries considered to be non-life-threatening following a crash early Monday afternoon in Redwood County.

A report from the Minnesota State Patrol said an International tractor truck was traveling eastbound on Highway 68 at 12:35 p.m. when it collided with a Ford F-150 crossing the highway at Redwood County Road 6, just west of Wabasso.

The agency says a 25-year-old woman and three young girls between 1 and 4 years old were inside the Ford, while a 65-year-old man was driving the truck.

On Tuesday, authorities identified the F-150’s driver as Morgan Grunewald of Wheaton. The three girls were taken to Redwood Falls Hospital for their injuries.
