Wheatland, WY : 54-year-old woman dead in a single-vehicle rollover crash west of Wheatland on Sunday, July 27, 2014

Authorities say a 54-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash west of Wheatland.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says Angela M. Belew, of Wheatland, was driving a pickup truck on Wyoming 311 when she failed to negotiate a sharp curve at about 10 p.m. Sunday. The truck went into a ditch and vaulted into a cornfield before rolling multiple times.

Belew was pronounced dead at the scene.

Alcohol and excessive speed are being investigated as contributing factors in the crash.
