Memphis,TN : Couple pulled safety after involved in a three-car crash on Interstate 240 on Monday November 23 2015

A couple was pulled to safety after being involved in a three-car crash on Interstate 240 near Madison Avenue.
The crash happened just before 2 p.m., and it temporarily closed all southbound lanes of traffic.
Witnesses said a bicycle fell off a Tennessee Department of Transportation truck. Cars behind the truck then swerved to avoid the bike, which caused the crash.
Three cars crashed into each other, and one of those cars caught fire.
Witnesses said the couple inside the burning car had to be pulled to safety. They, and everyone else involved in the crash, were not seriously hurt.
