Charlotte ,NC : Woman killed when car crashes into tree, bursts into flames on Thursday ,June 18th 2015

Police are investigating a crash in west Charlotte that left a woman dead and closed a major roadway overnight.
Officers told Channel 9 a car drove off Billy Graham Parkway near Tyvola Road around 3:40 a.m.
Police said 21-year-old Andrea Vallejo was driving her 2005 Nissan Altima north on Billy Graham Parkway when she ran off the road and hit a tree.
Officers said the car then burst into flames and became engulfed.
Investigators said Vallejo was partially ejected in the crash and was not wearing a seatbelt. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said it was undetermined if speed or alcohol use were contributing factors in the crash.
Initially, police said two people were killed in the crash but have since told Channel 9 that just one person died.
The northbound lanes of Billy Graham were closed between West Blvd. and Tyvola until 7:30 a.m. as police investigated the wreck
