1 person dead in four-car crash west of Great Falls

One person died in a multi-car crash west of Great Falls on Monday afternoon.The Montana Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene along Vaughn Frontage Road at about 1:45 p.m.The crash involved four vehicles; one was traveling west, and the other three were headed east.An MHP trooper confirmed that one person died due to injuries sustained in the crash.The cause of the crash is still being investigated.The person's name has not yet beenreleased.Approximate location shown above.
