Eau Claire,WI : Vehicle, deer crash causes 10-car pileup on October, Thursday 26th 2017

A vehicle struck a deer on Interstate 94 near the Minnesota-Wisconsin border Thursday morning, causing a 10-car crash that resulted in traffic delays.

The deer was hit near milepost 1 on the Wisconsin side of the interstate just before 6 a.m. The crash triggered a series of rear-end collisions in the westbound lanes, and five vehicles had to be towed, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

No significant injuries were reported.
