St. Cloud, MN : One injured in collision involving motorcycle in St. Cloud on Saturday night, May 21, 2016

One person was injured Saturday night in a car vs. motorcycle collision in St. Cloud, according to a release from the St. Cloud Fire Department.

Emergency response was dispatched at 6:20 p.m. to the intersection of Wilson Avenue Northeast and Fourth Street Northeast for a collision involving a motorcycle.

St. Cloud Police Department Assistant Chief Jeff Oxton said a motorcycle driven by Oscar Ernesto Deleon, of St. Cloud, was northbound on Wilson Avenue Northeast when he collided with a vehicle driven by Mulki Mohamud Dahiya, of St. Cloud, who was eastbound on Fourth Street Northeast.

Oxton said Deleon was taken to the hospital for injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening. Dahiya was cited with failure to yield right of way, according to Oxton.
