Norwalk,OH : Two injured after SUV hits house in 2-vehicle crash on Whittlesey Ave.on December, Sunday 10th 2017

Norwalk police reports said a vehicle driven by Nancy Straka, 62, of Norwalk, was crossing Whittlesey Avenue from Bouscay Avenue to Spring Street. According to witnesses, Straka failed to stop at the stop sign, causing a collision with a vehicle driven by Owen Bursley, 21, of Wakeman, which was traveling north on Whittlesey Avenue.

As a result of the crash, Straka's vehicle hit a house at 178 Whittlesey Ave., on the northeast corner of the Whittlesey Avenue and Spring Street intersection.

“The car was pushed right up against the porch of the house at 178 Whittlesey (Ave.),” police chief Dave Light said. “No one was LifeFligthed unless it was later in the night or today."
