An 89-year-old Sun City man died when his golf cart collided with an SUV at an intersection. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says investigators concluded that John Orville Armstrong was fatally injured Tuesday when his golf cart failed to observe a stop sign and pulled out in front of the other vehicle. Sheriff's spokesman Joaquin Enriquez said the SUV driver didn't appear to be either speeding or driving while impaired.
