A motorist is being treated in a rollover crash that damaged three parked cars in Northeast Philadelphia.
Home surveillance video obtained by WPVI-TV shows the Honda Accord rear-ending a car parked on Unruh Avenue in Tacony just before 4 a.m. Thursday.
The Honda rolls over and strikes two other parked cars before coming to a rest in the street.
The 22-year-old driver sustained head, neck and back injuries.
A passenger fled the scene.
Police are investigating the crash.
