Tinicum, PA : Pennsylvania State Trooper injured following a car crash on I-95 in Tinicum Township on Friday, June 26, 2015

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a car crash in the southbound lane of I-95 near Philadelphia International Airport.

The incident involved a state trooper who was in his patrol vehicle when it was struck by a box truck Friday morning. The unidentified trooper was transported to Crozer Chester Medical Center with non-lifethreatening injuries, a trooper at the Media Barracks in Delaware County said.
