Linden , NJ :1 dead, 3 injured after car flies off Turnpike on Wednesday , June 24th 2015

One person is dead and three others seriously injured after a one-car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike Wednesday morning, state police said.The accident began near
mile marker 97.5 in Linden, on the southbound side, according to a tweet from the New Jersey State Police. The car then skidded off the turnpike, through a patch of
brush and landed in a parking lot dozens of feet away, according to media reports.The car, a Honda, lost control on the highway around 11 a.m. and ended up striking
two parked cars in the lot before it overturned and came to a stop, according to a WABC-7 report.The accident is under investigation. State Police did not immediately
return a call seeking additional information. A State Police helicopter flew two people to University Hospital in Newark after the wreck, CBS New York reported.
