JANESVILLE, WI : 22-year-old accused of after crashing into Rock Co. median, driving away on Thursday, 1st February 2024

Authorities arrested a 22-year-old after he allegedly crashed into a median and drove away after other vehicles hit his pickup truck in Rock County.

Wisconsin State Patrol responded to a report of a pickup truck that crashed into a median around 6 a.m. Thursday morning. The crash occurred on I-90 Eastbound at I-39/90 southbound.

According to officials, the truck was disabled in the far-left lane. Before authorities could arrive, additional vehicles reportedly hit the disabled pickup truck.

Once troopers were able to arrive on scene, the driver of the pickup truck reportedly left and one of the occupants from the other vehicles sustained potential life-threatening injuries.
