UNION GAP, WA : Two injured in I-82 crash on Monday, June 12, 2017

The Washington State Patrol said it expects to cite a Yakima woman for failing to yield the right of way after she crashed into a vehicle on Interstate 82.

The crash occurred just after 5 p.m. Monday when troopers say a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Anthony S. Kahclamat, 25, of White Swan was stopped for traffic when it was struck by a 2013 Hyundai Sonata driven by Sharon L. Kinmark, 78.

Kinmark and an 18-year-old passenger in Kahclamat’s vehicle were taken to Virginia Mason Memorial hospital. Both were treated and released.

Kahclamat was not injured.

Troopers say they expect to cite Kinmark for failing to yield the right of way.
