Atlanta, GA : Tracy Morgan responds to Walmart lawyers who said he was partly responsible for injuries in crash on September 30th 2014

Actor Tracy Morgan responded to Walmart lawyers who said that he and his friends are partly responsible for injuries they suffered in a traffic accident earlier this year. The crash involved Kevin Roper, a truck driver from Jonesboro, GA. Walmart claimed that Morgan and his friends would not have been hurt so badly if they'd worn their seatbelts. Morgan's friend, James McNair, died when a Walmart 18-wheeler plowed into a limo bus carrying McNair, Morgan and others who were returning from a comedy concert in Delaware.
