DAVIS COUNTY, UT : Man killed after crash on northbound Legacy Parkway near mile marker on Sunday, 12th August 2018

A man was killed, a passenger injured, and a passerby hurt in a rescue attempt after a crash early Sunday morning.

According to Sgt. Nick Street with the Utah Highway Patrol, the crash happened on northbound Legacy Parkway near mile marker one about 4:30 a.m.

Street said the driver of a red GMC Yukon with two passengers lost control trying to make a turn in to North Salt Lake, causing the vehicle to roll into the median.

24-year-old Ryan Cody Tso was partially ejected from the back seat and the vehicle rolled on top of him, Street said.
