OAK CREEK, WI : Racine man dies in I-94 rollover crash on Wednesday, 19th October 2016

A Racine man was found dead after a rollover crash Wednesday morning on Interstate 94, according to a Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office press release.

Milwaukee County deputies found Dylan R. Cramer, 24, without a pulse and not breathing at about 4:15 a.m. Wednesday on southbound I-94 at Oakwood Road, about a mile north of the Racine County line.

According to the release, Cramer was trapped in the driver’s seat of his overturned vehicle after it had traveled about 200 yards on the grassy median, struck several trees and rolled several times.

Deputies called the Oak Creek Fire Department after they were unable to remove Cramer from the overturned vehicle, according to the release. Traffic was diverted off the Interstate at Ryan Road for more than four hours during the crash investigation.

Cramer was the only person in the vehicle and the release did not indicate that other vehicles were involved.

The release did not address whether alcohol or other conditions were factors in the crash.
