Blount County, TN : 19-year-old killed in Blount County wreck on Wednesday, 5th July 2023

19-year-old Dylan C. Chappell was driving a 2010 Cadillac STS that ran off of the road, hit a tree, and overturned. Chappell was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
The crash happened on Blount County 45 near Orchard Circle, about four miles west of Nectar in Blount County.
