Phoenix, AZ : Fatal crash near 43rd Avenue and Van Buren Stree on Thursday, 22nd August 2019

Police are investigating a fatal crash with road closures Thursday morning near 43rd Avenue and Van Buren Street, Phoenix police officials said.

43rd Avenue between Van Buren and Fillmore streets will be closed for an extended time period, Detective Luis A. Samudio said in an email.

Further details about the crash were not immediately available.
