Muncie, IN : All I-69 lanes reopen after overnight crash on April, Thursday 13th 2017
A crash during the overnight hours between the Daleville and Ind. 332 exits forced I-69 to be closed for many hours.
Indiana State Police reported that a semi-tanker truck rolled over in the median about 1:18 a.m. The truck was hauling ethanol and was leaking, according to a release from the state police.
All lanes were closed for many hours, and a single lane in both directions was opened shortly after 8 a.m., according to the state police. As of 8:30 a.m., both southbound lanes were open. As of 9:30 a.m., all lanes were open, the state police said.
Prior to that, northbound traffic had been routed off of the interstate at Ind. 67 (exit 234), and southbound traffic had been routed off at Ind. 332 (exit 241). The accident was at the 238 mile marker.
