Asheville police said a man has died after crashing his motorcycle and being struck by another car.
The crash happened at the intersection of Brookside Circle and Smoky Park Highway just before 5 a.m.
Police said Alexander Berkow, 33, of Asheville crashed his motorcycle and landed in the roadway. Another vehicle on Smoky Park Highway then struck Berkow.
Berkow died at the scene.
