Spring Hill, FL : 68-year-old man killed when car pulls in front of motorcycle on Sunday evening, October 12, 2014

A 68-year-old man was killed Sunday evening when a car traveling across Spring Hill Drive pulled in front of his motorcycle, troopers said. James K. Brooks was taken to Bayonet Point Hospital where he died from his injures, according to a release from the Florida Highway Patrol. Dori J. Eurell, 50, of Spring Hill, was facing south at a stop sign at St. Ives Boulevard and Spring Hill Drive in her 2011 Chevrolet Camaro about 6:30 p.m., troopers said. When she pulled out to cross Spring Hill Drive, she pulled in front of Brooks, who was driving a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle, troopers said. The motorcycle hit the right side of the Camaro and overturned onto its side, troopers said. Brooks was wearing a helmet. Source : Spring Hill man killed when car pulls in front of motorcycle
