A Bedford, New Hampshire man is facing charges after police say he drove the wrong way on the interstate and crashed into another vehicle early on Saturday.
New Hampshire State police say at around 2:37 a.m., 21-year-old James Defeo was intoxicated when he drove the wrong-way down Interstate 293 in Manchester, NH.
