Baggs, WY : 54-year-old David A. Burnell died in single-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 70 east of Baggs on Saturday morning, Oct 17, 2015

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a man was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash east of Baggs.

Sgt. David Wagener says 54-year-old David A. Burnell, of Baggs, failed to negotiate a curve on Highway 70 early Saturday morning. Burnell, who was not wearing a seatbelt, overcorrected, causing his pickup to spin and roll once.

He died at the scene.

Investigators say alcohol and inattentive driving might have played a role in the crash.
