TOMBALL, TX : Innocent driver dies suspect survives crash at end of chase on Friday, 27th October 2023

An innocent woman behind the wheel of an SUV was killed in a crash that deputies say ended a chase in northwest Harris County on Friday afternoon.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said deputies also took a suspect, blamed for causing the crash and still alive, into custody.

Crews responded to the frontage road intersection of the Grand Parkway and Highway 249 for the reported crash.
