Horry County, SC : Biker dies in Horry County crash in Horry County on Sunday afternoon, July 27, 2014

South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash in Horry County involving a motorcycle Sunday afternoon.

It happened at the Highway 17 and Lake Arrowhead Road intersection around 2:50pm.

The driver of the Harley Davidson, traveling north on Hwy. 17 and ran a red light as a car was turning left onto Lake Arrowhead Road, investigators said.

He's been identified as Milton Martin, 52, of Conway, according to Horry County Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard.

Milton landed in the path of the oncoming car, according to SCHP.

He died at the scene.

No charges have been filed.
