NASHVILLE, TN : Man dies after crash jumping from Briley Parkway exit ramp bridge on Friday, 28th June 2024

Metro Nashville Police identified the man who died after jumping over the retaining wall on the ramp of Briley Parkway on Friday night.

Police say William Edward Robinson, 22, of Nashville, died after he crashed on the Briley Parkway south exit ramp near the airport, then jumped over the retaining wall and fell onto the northbound exit ramp on Friday night.

Police said Robinson crashed his Infiniti G37 sedan at 8:11 p.m. Police said he physically jumped over the retaining wall and fell to the grassy area next to the Briley Parkway north exit ramp.
