Montgomery, AL : Two killed in fiery crash Friday near Tuscaloosa on Friday, September 22nd 2017
Two cars collided head on Friday night and led to the death of two people, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Troopers say Jeffry Earl Boles, 54 of Brent, was driving a 2011 Buick Enclave when it collided with a pickup truck head-on. Boles was not wearing a seatbelt. He was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center, where he died.
The pickup caught fire, leading to the death of the pickup's driver, whose identity hasn't been released pending positive identification from the Alabama Department of Forensic Science.
The crash happened at 10:59 p.m. on U.S. 82 near the 64 mile marker in Tuscaloosa County, about nine miles east of Tuscaloosa.
The Alabama State Troopers are investigating the crash.
