All lanes have reopened on the Blue Route following a multi-vehicle accident involving a dump truck in Delaware County.Authorities say around 10:43 a.m., a dump truck was involved in a collision with two other vehicles headed southbound on I-476 in Nether Providence Township.All lanes were temporarily closed while crews worked to clean up the scene.
