Ramah, LA : Truck driver died in a crash involving two other 18-wheelers on Interstate 10 in Iberville Parish on Tuesday afternoon, December 1, 2015

Louisiana State Police say a Tennessee truck driver died following a crash involving two other 18-wheelers.

The accident happened Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 10 in Iberville Parish.

Trooper Bryan Lee identified the dead truck driver as 42-year-old Karl Lindberg of Crossville, Tennessee.

Lee said Lindberg was eastbound when his truck struck two other tractor-trailers.

He says all three vehicle sustained heavy damage.

Lee say Lindberg was taken to a Baton Rouge hospital where he died a short time later.

The other two truck drivers were not injured.
