Greeley, CO : One person injured after three-car crash in downtown Greeley on Thursday, March 9, 2017

One person was taken to the hospital Thursday night after a three-car crash in downtown Greeley.

Greeley police spokesman Sgt. Joe Tymkowych in an email on Friday the crash happened about 5:30 p.m. It involved a white Chevy pickup, a green Chevy pickup and a black Scion sedan. He said one person was taken to the hospital, but he did not know what kind of injury that person may have suffered. The ambulance did not use its lights and sirens during the ride, which indicates the injury was not serious.

Tymkowych said the police report on the crash still was being worked on Friday and no other information was immediately available.
