Oklahoma City, OK : Woman has died after being hit by a pickup near Woodward on Sunday night August 10th 2014

An Oklahoma woman has died after being hit by a pickup near Woodward. The Oklahoman reports 22-year-old Erica Chairez died Sunday. She was taken to the Woodward hospital Friday and then flown to the Oklahoma University medical center, where she died. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Capt. George Brown says troopers are investigating the death. The patrol reports Chairez was hit by a white truck around 11:30 p.m. about 3 miles south of Woodward.
