Bonner Springs police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that killed two men Thursday night.
The victims were cousins from Oklahoma who were in the Kansas City area for a construction job, according to police.
Police identified them as William Joshua Henderson, 35, of Yukon, and Michael Was Jr., 29, of Oklahoma City.
Police said the wreck occurred just before 10 p.m. Thursday at 118th Street and Martinek Lane.
Police said they were in a pickup truck heading south on Martinek and lost control as they crested a hill. The truck veered off the road and struck several trees.
Neither man was wearing a seat belt, police said.
