LAS VEGAS, NV : 1 person critically injured after car crashes into wall in south valley on Friday, 16th June 2023

A woman suffered critical injuries when a car crashed into a wall in the south Las Vegas valley Friday morning, according to authorities.

The collision was reported around 5:04 a.m. at Warm Springs Road and Spencer Street, just east of the 215 Beltway, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said in a statement.

Investigators believe a 2001 Mazda Miata was heading west on Warm Springs west of Shadow Crest Lane when the driver, a 23-year-old woman, lost control of the car.

The car hit the north curb, overturned and collided with a residential block wall, according to LVMPD.
