Sarasota, FL : Sarasota motorcyclist killed in fatal crash on Tuesday, 17th April 2018

There was a fatal accident Tuesday night at the intersection of Beneva Road and Sarasota Square Boulevard.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at around 7:25 p.m., a Toyota Tacoma traveling south on Beneva Road turned onto Sarasota Square Boulevard in the direct path of a Honda CBR600 motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the rear of the Toyota and the driver of the motorcycle -- Raymond Allen Consul, 26, of Sarasota -- was thrown.
